Liberation memorial

A stone sculptural group of three larger-then-life standing figures set on a high prismatic stepped pedestal in the middle of a square-shaped fountain. The pedestal and the fountain basin are lined with shiver. The year of 1945 is engraved on the pedestal as well as the signature of Vincent Havel 1952. The memorial is placed in the middle of the Silesian square in the place where the city water-well used to be up to the 19th century.
